Revision week 2

My first GRAZE box

I love macaron !!! my fren bought this macaron from PIERRE HERME in London... Usually v have macaron from LADUREE... PIERRE HERME is much expensive than LADUREE for the same quantity because they price by its weight.. I prefer PH actually because it's actually much biggerwith more 'liquid' in the middle .... I should try the macaron in LADUREE, Paris... i went there once having dinner, but did not manage to buy the macaron...

Delicious sushi made by JING !!! i dunno how she made it.. there's even avocado in the sushi which i like it very much!! in fact, i always prefer sushi tat contained avocado ... i tried my first sushi making few days ago ... i made sushi with unagi and tamago.. the sushi tat i've made looked ugly, thta's y i did not take photo of it ... haha... mostly because i did not roll the sushi in a proper way tat made the sushi came up loose ... and a blunt knife make the cutting of sushi very difficult... i will try it some other day and make my frens to b my 'white mice' of the experiment.... hahahha .... Thanks for trying those food tat i've made!!!

Alright ... now it's for complain ... I had Salmon benedict as breakfast few times a week in Café Rouge in Canterbury....

t(1)- the first time i went there, i fell in love with Salmon benedict in Cafe Rouge...

t(2) - the SB too salty

t(3) - "sorry, v have no more potatoes" .... wth ..... it's impossible to hav no potatoes in the morning ..it's better to close for the day ... there must b potatoes in most of the dishes ... "ok, fine. v still wan the SB" .. the waitress allow us to hav either extra egg or brioche .... which is quite crazy to have 3 eggs for breakfast !!!

t(4)- they served the SB with roasted potatoes ( if not mistaken) without onions ... actually i like this LYONNAISE potatoes very much ... the thinly sliced onion is playing a major role ... so without it, it's like roasted potatoes or whatever it is ... then v complained ... finally they added the onions for us ...

t(5) - " sorry v have no more hollandaise sauce" ..... SHIT ...

BFF Nights

See , wat r they doing .. so abusive ... unlike me .. hehe

They planned to hav my 21st birthday in Bumbu Bali... i dun even know about since it's like about 2 months b4 my actual birthday .. they will hav exam soon so i gonna celebrate early .. with a burger as burger with fries on it as candle ... they are so creative .. haha .. cool ... i love creativity ... i was so blurred when looking at cheng hui trying to "stab" the burger with fries .. haha ...

the balinese food in Bumbu Bali is very tasty ... i hav a contented night with all the delicious food in my stomach and thinking how m i going to lose weight soon ... haha ... it's not as spicy as thai food ... but i really satisfied with it .. yum yum ... besides tat i love the balinese style interior, it really did create the bali atmosphere ...

Fattening Dessert Maniac

it's all about taiwanese dessert ... as i nvr try this type of taiwanese dessert b4 , it's something different for me and yet it's quite delicious ... there's alot of students come for supper at night ... and the place is quite small .. that's something fun about it -- after u take order at the counter the staff will give u an object which is something like an alarm tat will peep when ur order is readied ... the price is quite reasonable and sharing is suggested as the portion is quite large ..

MOF stands for Ministry of Food ... the cafe's recommendation is the Macha Zen ... they even put the pic of it in front of their menu .. it's all about dessert from Japan hokkaido ... Green tea ice cream with the red bean paste is a famous dessert in Japan ... the red bean paste in Macha Zen is sweet n fattening .. i can feel tat every sugary liquid is absorbing into my body but it jus irresistible .. and the japanese dumpling is just our chinese " tong yuan" ..... whereas Macha Kurian is served with green tea sauce ... yummy ... other than tat , there are sandwiches n coffee too .... i cant wait to try for the other dessert ..

Fried Oyster Egg (taiwanese cuisine) --i din eat any oyster ... n it has lots of flour n vege ....not wat i expected ....

Hong You Shou Cao ( Szechuan cuisine) -- the chilli oil made my throat feel worse ... like eating wasabi

Oyster Noodle ( taiwanese cuisine) -- vinegar vinegar vinegar .... no oyster again ... wat is this ...
