Few weeks ago, I went to Venice, Italy and had great time there.
For anyone who want to enjoy the beautiful scenery in Venice, I recommend you to stay in Al Bailo Di Venezia Residence Suite. The apartment is very beautiful, clean and comfortable.

It's near to San Marco.

The river is in front and you might have a beautiful balcony with flowers.

My first GRAZE box

I love macaron !!! my fren bought this macaron from PIERRE HERME in London... Usually v have macaron from LADUREE... PIERRE HERME is much expensive than LADUREE for the same quantity because they price by its weight.. I prefer PH actually because it's actually much biggerwith more 'liquid' in the middle .... I should try the macaron in LADUREE, Paris... i went there once having dinner, but did not manage to buy the macaron...

Delicious sushi made by JING !!! i dunno how she made it.. there's even avocado in the sushi which i like it very much!! in fact, i always prefer sushi tat contained avocado ... i tried my first sushi making few days ago ... i made sushi with unagi and tamago.. the sushi tat i've made looked ugly, thta's y i did not take photo of it ... haha... mostly because i did not roll the sushi in a proper way tat made the sushi came up loose ... and a blunt knife make the cutting of sushi very difficult... i will try it some other day and make my frens to b my 'white mice' of the experiment.... hahahha .... Thanks for trying those food tat i've made!!!

Alright ... now it's for complain ... I had Salmon benedict as breakfast few times a week in Café Rouge in Canterbury....

t(1)- the first time i went there, i fell in love with Salmon benedict in Cafe Rouge...

t(2) - the SB too salty

t(3) - "sorry, v have no more potatoes" .... wth ..... it's impossible to hav no potatoes in the morning ..it's better to close for the day ... there must b potatoes in most of the dishes ... "ok, fine. v still wan the SB" .. the waitress allow us to hav either extra egg or brioche .... which is quite crazy to have 3 eggs for breakfast !!!

t(4)- they served the SB with roasted potatoes ( if not mistaken) without onions ... actually i like this LYONNAISE potatoes very much ... the thinly sliced onion is playing a major role ... so without it, it's like roasted potatoes or whatever it is ... then v complained ... finally they added the onions for us ...

t(5) - " sorry v have no more hollandaise sauce" ..... SHIT ...

Lovely Parcel from Lovely Sis

I went through lots of troubles getting this lovely parcel from Taiwan. Firstly, it was delivered to me on last monday by PARCEL FORCE and I was not at home. I got the card and rearranged another delivery on wednesday, which there was no class on wed. I waited the whole day for the lovely parcel. It did not came. Abit of disappointed, I rearranged for another delivery on fri. It again disappoint me. I made a complaint in the parcelforce website but the person replied to me and said I wasn't at home when it is delivered and tell nothing related to their redelivery service. Then my fren and I walked for 15 minutes to the post office to get the parcel. The person over there said that I have to show my ID card and a bank statement/ utility bill with my name, my address and reference number. I went to the same post office to get my parcel once and they never ask for my proof of address. And this time I did not bring any. Me and my fren searched online for my bank account and mobile phone account. My frens at home searched for the statement. I have canceled the delivery of bank statement to reduce paper waste long time ago. So I do not have any statement or bill WITH REFERENCE NO. with me. The most silly thing is that the my ID doesn't prove that I was the one stated on the parcel. They don't even accept AGREEMENT WITH MY NAME & ADDRESS because they want it WITH REFERENCE NUMBER. There is no REF NO. in AGREEMENT. DAMN IT!!! At last, my fren found me my gym direct debit letter. LAST TRY!!! He accepted it because he saw the reference number. How ridiculous !!!!

Today I woke up at 11.30am, without doing anything yesterday.

Productivity=0

Still blaming myself, meanwhile I'm still watching TVB drama.

Recalled that I was having a good dream yesterday. A dream tat made me felt joyful all day long. I couldn't remember the much of the content of my dream. I know I met someone. Someone I recognised. During the day, I tried to recall the dream. It becomes more blurred each time I recalled. It was expected. I often forget about the content of my dreams. This is the 1st time I had a sweet dream since back to UK (I think). I was having nightmares and ended up having headache. I still feel happy when I recalled that. HAHA. Sometimes we should have day-dream. Day dream that makes us happy. Maybe I will treat that person differently because of this dream. HAHA I know that the dream would never come true. At least it made my day shines. A sweet dream is always worth to be remembered.

When I first visited Korea 5 years ago, I came across this product, LANEIGE. That time we still can't find any of this product in Malaysia. And I bought the facial wash and mask. It is really cheap in Korea. It was 7USD in Korea whereas it was about RM 90 in Malaysia.
Few weeks ago, I started to use Strawberry Yogurt Peeling Gel from LANEIGE. The result is incredible. It exfoliate dead skin cells on the surface. It is a very important step if you want to apply skincare product on your face. Building-up of dead skin cells will hinder the penetration of any skin product that you are using. Besides having the chance to travel to Poland, Czech Republic, Australia and Hungary, v met alot of nice ppl and HOT guys too.
This is Orlando Bloom ... He grew up in Canterbury. And we bumped into him during a visit to the cathedral. We saw him and Miranda Kerr kissing .. hoho ..There are very very few ppl noticed his existence. He is very very friendly and polite ... He is definitely not arrogant like some Asian artists .... When his car passed by us, I waved to him... Surprisingly he waved to me too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He is definitely not a statue in Madame Tussaud ... I looked damn fat and short beside him ... haha ...

My housemate bought this cute monkey from Primark during an outing to London before final exam.... Just had Finance and Financial Reporting exam on thursday... i have repeated about this for so so many times... i know tat u have heard it over n over again... u r bored of listening me complaining it over n over again... and u asked me y m i so mad n bad tempered... n i dun feel like telling u the same thing over n over again as wat i hav told u nvr come into a conclusion -- u did the same mistaken again n again... sometimes i m so pissed to myself for being mad at the same thing, i cant control of myself to b mad at u... over the times, i did all the stuff without grumbling... until tat i know u r depending on me to finish all the stuff for u... i m not counting every dime... in fact, i hate doing all these stuff... and wat u said is if one dislike in doing those stuff, u shouldn't push urself to do it... yes i understand this n i agree with this at SOME stage... i cant apply this to everything in life... this is very irresponsible when u r trying to apply it to everything... for example,1. if one dun like to do the housechore, he/she will hav to do it as v r living together as housemate, and i know tat u hate to do it.. and i m sure tat no one will love to do it... if everybody apply the same principle(which is dun force urself to do it when u dislike), i m sure tat u wont live in the comfortable environment and somehow u will complain about it...2.if one dun feel like studying a particular course which forced by parents and he/she have a course in mind, he/she should be firm n dun go for it...this is wat i mean by the pros of this principle... in life, ppl hav to be moderate in everything... especially when u r communicating n living with ppl tat is not ur family... even if they are ur family, u should help them too... and when u feel tat no one is complaining about it doesn't mean tat everyone is satisfied... to be honest, i hate doing all the cleaning stuff, i feel disgusting everytime i did it... but i feel even more disgusting whenever i see the place full of rubbish and cover with stain... u have already apologise for it... when the first time u apologised, i thought tat u will change... the 2nd time, 3rd time etc u apologised for the same thing again, this is obviously not a sincere one... i m not trying to trigger the same thing again n again... i always feel bored when it appeard to b the problem again... when u trying to argued with me, i fight bac... then u told me " i dun like to do it n i wont do it" wat the hell ... i m speechless by wat u said... it doesn't mean tat u have won the 'fight'... this is nvr be the point in a debate... this is wat some naughty kid will say when mom scold them... okay fine ... since this is wat ur conclusion, i have concluded something too --- which 知错不改 !!!!! i know i shouldn't do it n waste my energy in angry at u coz i should know tat u r this kinda person n u wont change... but u asked about it AGAIN... somehow mayb u did care about how i feel but u dun seem to be willing to make any changes... u r accepting it as some good personality... since tat everybody is tired of listening to it again, y dun u make a move to change since it is not a good action ?? and the problem is u apologise to ur mistake ( means u admitted it) and still u stick to the same mistake n expected me to accept ur mistake... firm standing in some principle is not a good thing.. in fact it affects others... maybe perhaps everytime u apologise, i still believe tat u r trying to change urself ( this is not only becoz of the house chores thingy) ... 2nd conclusion is tat I M STILL INNOCENT...

Alrite , it is so freaking cold here .. without heater in this study room ... i had already watched a few movies recently after the interview ... The First Wives Club, Breakfast at Tiffany's, The Bachelor, and some Hong kong movie which is super ridiculous but i realised tat how pretty 林青霞 is .... and Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's was gorgeous !!!! her feature is so perfect !!!! i couldn't stop watching this movie coz i admire her beauty .... and this is a really old movie which is 1969 .... i usually dun like to watch movie which is too old ... but i like movies in 80s and 90s ... and i really like the Audrey Hepburn's clothes in this movie ... she looked stunning with jus a plain dress ....

Today, I went to view a house again .... after viewing a few houses .. i admitted tat the house searching is really a annoying things to do ... v hav to look for a clean, new house with reasonable rental and most importantly it's near to city centre and bus stop..... somehow i find it hard to make decision .... all the criterias seems barely meet each other....

Chian hui is playing song for her final... i love it !!! i love seeing ppl playing piano, i love listening to the sound coming from piano, n i love piano .... i will b one of them someday unless i din stop learning piano 10 years ago and i din sell my piano.. n i miss it so much ... sometimes i regret tat i hav no determination in learning piano... n i admit tat i admire ppl who can play piano very well ...

after a long walk from Covent Garden ---> Leicester Square , we decided to hav a try on the Japanese food in London ... at least it tasted alright n more to Japanese style .. in canterbury , there's only one japanese restaurant which really doesn't taste like japanese food and the sushi are sucks .... and i hav to say i really miss japanese food alot !!!

There are not cupcakes, but there are muffins with vibrant colour with exotic candy toppings.. and i think the toppings are way too sweet.. but it does looked creative and cute... and looked pretty in the photo... for me , th colour is acceptable for me but i dun really like the candy on top coz it is too hard and i barely chew it ...

After so long , i finally uploaded n compiled all the photos of travelling in Germany ....
i spent a long time in uploading all the photos to the blog ...
it was somewhere during november tat it came in to our mind to travel to germany ...

FRANKFURT

Of course leaving from Stansted Airport to Frankfurt Hahn Airport (a small small airport) by RYANAIR again .... and then by taking bus to Frankfurt HBF (railway station) which cost us 12 euros single way... it was a really big station ..

Walking around the street in Frankfurt ....

Frankfurt am Main, nicknamed "Mainhattan" and "Chicago am Main", is the business and financial center of Germany and the largest city in the German state of Hesse. Located on the river Main, Frankfurt is the financial capital of Continental Europe and the transportation centre of Germany. (i got all the information about germany via internet before i went there, it's quite important to hav a little info about the place u gonna go)... when i walked around the city, some of the highest, most avant-garde skyscrapers of Europe surrounded us, a totally different atmosphere from other countries tat i had went, especially Malaysia. I felt relieved although surrounded by buildings coz it's still spacious n clean..

i jus love all these.. but these are expensive..

Fressgrass or "Scoff Lane" -- there are more elegant and expensive restaurants cluster around Borse, Alte Oper and Grosses Bockenheimer Strasse.

The first photo above is Alte Oper which is now under renovation unfortunately. It stands near the Stock Exchange. Built in 1872-80, it was completely burned down during World War II. Subsequently rebuilt, it is today used as a conference centre.

V had all these tasty food in WAGNER, which is recommended by local citizens. It was very crowded tat night , full of ppl after work. V had a wonderful and contented dinner in this really cool canteen-like restaurant. i love the apple wine. it costs us about 11 euros per person.

usually i took photos of monuments or mountains... this time i took photos of tall buildings with beautiful sky and trees.. i jus simply love this place... and it is a very safe place with all the nice ppl !!!!!!!!!

walking in Park Sanssouci -- one of the most beautiful palace complexes in Europe (700 acres). 'Sanssouci' translates into the 18th-century equivalent of 'no worries'.

也许真的有太多的事情放在心里，内心只想着要逃避
一直都想事情可以得到圆满的结束
每一天只想过着开开心心的
可是总是有人爱找我麻烦的，明明就想把某件事给完成
要不就爱挑引我，要不就说我在烦他（事实就是他来烦我）
要不就喝骂我
无聊到极点。。
别人就低声客气地。。。
真的无语啦
反正就觉得他好过分。。。
也不是这种事让我烦恼
只觉得可以避免到的事为何要故意挑惹
可能他也对自己的生活感到郁闷吧

On Thursday ..... the most boring things to do is to attend a 4 hours continuous classes in RLT1 ...

every morning ...... i feel the coldness and the unwillingness to get out of my blankets .. curse the landlady ......told the agent and called her and left her message to come and fix the window .... for about 1 month , she nvr come ........ radiator cant work at all ......dunno how to switch it on ..... my room is like an igloo ....... my bed is icy cold ..... even i sleep on it for a whole night ....... as the window cant b closed ........ shivering every morning n forcing myself to walk thru the way to the toilet ..... where i will keep on shivering ( no radiator in the house is disaster for us as winter is coming ) ...... and my bed ............. SIGH ..... it was broken ... and it still break when i lie on it ............ told the agent so many times and she promised to call the landlady ........ almost half a month ago ........ and wat she did is jus rush us to pay for the rental .......... SUCKS !!!!! IRRITATING !!!!!!!!!!!!! i think they wan us to take the responsibility of the broken window and bed ..... i saw the bed problem since the 2nd time of visit to this house last year ..... the previous tenant only slept on the mattress on the floor ....

in an early cold morning , yz suddenly appeared in my room asking me for keys .... i was hiding in my blanket still feel the coldness of the early morning ..... ( it's so clod in my room as the window is spoilt , waiting for the landlady to come ) ... i felt asleep yesterday after an ABACUS meet & greet in Darwin and had beer in Origins .... not feeling to go out though , remembering tat i had eaten some heavy meal everyday since i came , i forced myself to change clothes and attended the aerobic class ..... indeed an exhausted one .... but not as terrible as the aerobic class during my 1st year ....
things to do :
- assignment hand in on monday
- Contingencies test on monday
luckily there's some mooncakes from ben .... yum yum delicious but fattening .... recalling how long tat i din play lantern and candles ..........seems like N years ago ......

After a long summer break , finally came back to my uni life again .. not yet use to it ...
meeting my new housemate who is a french .... he looked quite shy too .. seldom see him unless he wanna use the toilet or kitchen ..... no internet connection in the house is a disaster to us .... and i gotta use the internet in uni ... since it hav been changed to Window Vista , the speed is so damn slow ... and i haven't watch the last few episode of D.I.E. ....
other than tat , there's test every week .... oh my god ... it consists of 10% of our final marks ...
this year gonna be a tough year for us .... recall for last year , a total honeymoon year ... i think everyone will b in the library more than their room ...

晨五點鍾，鬧鐘還沒響，電話就來了，鈴~~~鈴~~~~

我接起電話：「喂」

潔：「還不起床，上學要遲到啦！」

電話裡的女生，正是我交往7個多月又同班同學的女友–潔。

潔每次都會叫我起床，而我總是每次的開心。

我撒嬌的對她說：「唉唷，現在才五點而已，再讓我睡半個小時嘛！」

潔有點生氣的說：「隨便，遲到了，可別怪我沒叫你」說完，就把電話掛了。

唉…又生氣了，有時候真想不理她，那種脾氣，誰受的了呀！

我對著電話空罵著，不過想一想，要不是有她的話，我也不會有零遲到的記錄呀！

當天晚上，我打電話給她。

潔：「有什麼事呀？大睡豬！」

我說：「怎麼啦？火氣那麼大！」

潔：「還敢說哦，每次都這樣，我校車都比你早耶，你怎麼比我還沒用呀！」

我：「好啦，好啦！下次不會了啦！別生氣了好嗎？」

潔：「下次下次，你有幾個下次呀？要不然你自己起床好不好，省得我浪費電話費。」

我聽了有點火大的說：「喂！夠了吧！不要太過分哦！不叫就不叫，了不起哦！」

潔：「好！這話是你說的，遲到了，可別怪到我頭上來，還有我和家人今晚要趕

夜車去北部吃喜酒，所以明天要請假，記得要幫我跟老師說哦！」

我有點後悔的問她說：「妳真的不叫我起床哦？」

潔結巴著說：「我...我只叫一次哦！」我們兩同時笑了。

我關心著說：「要小心哦！好了，我要睡了，記得明天要叫我起床哦！」

說完，很捨不得的掛上電話，期待著明天的到來，關上燈，準備要睡覺了。

鈴~~~鈴，電話響了，可是看一看時間，才三點多耶！
接起電話︰「喂？說話呀?喂？」

怎麼沒回應，掛上電話後，又繼續睡了，可是怎麼一股不安的情緒湧上心頭呢？

不管了？睡吧！

鈴~~~鈴，電話聲又響起，有點生氣的接起電話︰「喂?」

潔：「起床了，該上...學了..」

咦？五點啦？可是潔的聲音怎麼好無力的感覺…可能是昨晚太累了吧！我心裡這麼想。

潔：「別再睡了，要不然...我....我無法叫你了....上..上學要.....小心車子啊！」

我說：「妳也要好好休息哦，明天也拜託妳啦！」

潔無力的說：「嗯…如果可以的話…」

什麼意思呀？總覺得有點不太對勁，再看一看手錶，五點２０了！

我說：「好了！就這樣了！好好休息哦！我快遲到了！」

潔哭著說：「對…不…起」

嘟－－－我掛了電話，咦？潔好像說了什麼？算了?上學要緊！晚上再打給她！

我一邊著急著起床，一邊心想，怎麼那麼晚叫我呀?該不會還在賭氣吧？

到了學校之後，我想到我要去幫潔請假，於是我就到導師室去找老師。

我說：「老師，我是來幫潔請假的！」

老帥苦著臉對我說：「潔...不用請假了！」說完，老師哭了。

我突然有種不好的感覺，急著向老師問明白：「老師，怎麼哭了？為什麼不用請假了呢？」

老師：「潔…和家人出去時，被一台大卡車衝撞！而潔，在今早宣告死亡。」

不會吧！無法接受事實的我當場痛哭了起來，不顧周圍的人怎麼看我。

大聲的哭叫著：「她今早才打電話給我的，不可能！」

老師也哭著說：「我帶你去看她吧！」

到了醫院，進到太平間，冰冷的身體，殘酷的事實，就呈現在我眼前。

看著她手上還拿著手機，顯示著我家的電話，我崩潰了，完全無法接受這個事實。

我哭著對潔說︰「起床了，還睡，上學遲到了！」

我痛哭著跪了下來，一直喊，直到全身沒力氣為止…

回到家後，我抱疲憊的身體，躺在床上，己經沒有力氣的我，

再也完全哭不出來了，隔天，鬧鐘響了，五點２０了，心裡想著…

可惡！潔怎麼沒叫我呢？急著要起床的同時，我又哭了。

因為，潔再也不可能叫我起床了…

Watching the US movie MY SASSY GIRL ...... alot similar to Korean MY SASSY GIRL ... and the korean movie is much much better and touching ...
finally come out with this list of dirtiest objects around us ...some of them v use it everyday ....
1 . Bags -- Usually ppl seldom wash their bags .... v cant wash leather made bags too ... especially branded expensive bags are the dirtiest ... ppl bring it to toilet , in the dirty public transportation, shopping , market , etc ... ppl wont soak it in water for hours .. can u imagine tat ur LV bags in the washing machine and hang outside under the sun ? ..... or did u notice anyone do tat ??? according to some investigation , some of the ladies' bags contained more bacteria than the toilet bowl ..... if Dettol come out with a anti-bacteria bags spray , it will probably be the hottest product in the market ...WE BATH EVERYDAY BUT BAG NEVER BATH
2 . Books -- bring books to toilet is a common act among us .... comic books and magazine are highly suspected bacteria contained objects ....
3 . Trolleys -- the trolleys mentioned here are the trolleys in supermarket .... few days ago i saw it in a magazine , it said tat trolleys are very very dirty , it usually stained with "poo poo" and bacteria tat will cause diarrhea ...... so it is recommended some anti-bacteria wet tissue to wipe it b4 u use ...
4 . Mobile Phones -- it always fall off from ur pocket to the ground especially in the toilet ....somemore u will nvr wash ur mobile phone ..
5 . Contact lens case -- full of bacteria ... have to sock it in hot water once in a while ..
6 . Mattress -- u will nvr wash ur mattress .. somemore if u rent a house , the mattress tat u sleep on it was slept by many ppl who u may not know .... recently there is a kinda spray tat can spray on the mattress in the market ...

V talked about delicious fries this morning ... and v found this Pommes Frites Bistro in a magazine and v decided to hav a try on it ...

The Pumpkin fries and Belgian fries are delicious !!!!! i never thought of pumpkin fries can b such tasty ... there are more than 30 different types of dip/seasoning (1000 island , chocolate , peanut butter , curry , mushroom chicken , wasabi etc ) other than tat the pasta is simply tasty !!! since i hav been vegetarian for some time , i really think tat there's some good vegetarian food to try off ( this is not vegetarian food but it's all potatoes , pumpkin .... )

After shopping in Sunway Pyramid , v decided to hav a rest in this dessert stall ..

for me , the soup is the most essential part of the dish...

when i was young i always hav soup in every meal ... i hav no appetite when there is no soup being served ... my dad always bring us to this chinese herbal restaurant which i think it was quite small and old .. but it is fully equipped with air-conditioner , tat's y it's quite comfortable when having meal ... it appeared in 阿贤人情味 show too ... [price range for a bowl of soup : RM9-14] ... besides tat , the other dishes such as fried egg , vege are very nice too ... you will hav the strong feeling of home sweet home !!!

They planned to hav my 21st birthday in Bumbu Bali... i dun even know about since it's like about 2 months b4 my actual birthday .. they will hav exam soon so i gonna celebrate early .. with a burger as burger with fries on it as candle ... they are so creative .. haha .. cool ... i love creativity ... i was so blurred when looking at cheng hui trying to "stab" the burger with fries .. haha ...

the balinese food in Bumbu Bali is very tasty ... i hav a contented night with all the delicious food in my stomach and thinking how m i going to lose weight soon ... haha ... it's not as spicy as thai food ... but i really satisfied with it .. yum yum ... besides tat i love the balinese style interior, it really did create the bali atmosphere ...

it's all about taiwanese dessert ... as i nvr try this type of taiwanese dessert b4 , it's something different for me and yet it's quite delicious ... there's alot of students come for supper at night ... and the place is quite small .. that's something fun about it -- after u take order at the counter the staff will give u an object which is something like an alarm tat will peep when ur order is readied ... the price is quite reasonable and sharing is suggested as the portion is quite large ..

MOF stands for Ministry of Food ... the cafe's recommendation is the Macha Zen ... they even put the pic of it in front of their menu .. it's all about dessert from Japan hokkaido ... Green tea ice cream with the red bean paste is a famous dessert in Japan ... the red bean paste in Macha Zen is sweet n fattening .. i can feel tat every sugary liquid is absorbing into my body but it jus irresistible .. and the japanese dumpling is just our chinese " tong yuan" ..... whereas Macha Kurian is served with green tea sauce ... yummy ... other than tat , there are sandwiches n coffee too .... i cant wait to try for the other dessert ..

I think it was a bit hard to find the way in to this NZX commercial centre. I was so excited when i gonna come n hav a look at it afterall i heard from my frens n cousins tat it was a fantastic place to go . Rite , i finally got there .. i nvr been there in NZX commercial centre b4 .. i would say tat the decorations r quite special n pretty ... and it's suitable for couple to hang out (although it's not dark , it's jus simply looked sweet for young couple) ... besides tat , they can shop in it n take photos of it ... I m not really into the food in Fullhouse .. jus find tat the environment more interesting ...By the way , i can nvr forget to mention about the washroom in any of the place .. i think it is quite important for ppl to visit it again ... i think they forgot to the deco of the washroom .. it's like spliting from the cafe itself ... i expect to hav the dolly washroom too .. lol ... and also there are lots of mosquitoes ...

today , on the way from London Victoria in the National Express Coach to Canterbury , there was a lady ... a mad lady i should said ... she suddenly tore the curtain beside her n walked in front n tore a few more curtains ... n she looked very angry ... i sat 2 rows infront of her ... luckily the curtain is not beside me .. if not , she sure will tore mine too ... she was shocked tat moment .. me n other passengers jus managed to look at each other ... after she tore the curtains , she walked angrily n sat in front of the bus ... the bus driver noticed this incident then he quickly stopped beside the highway ... n police came n took tat lady ... v stayed in the bus for about 40 mins to let the things settle down ... the coach driver even took her stuff outside of the coach n left ... haha ... so funny ..

Hostel Matterhorn ... 7 beds in a tiny room .....if took this photo without flash , u will hardly see us ... it is dark in the room .... it's the worst hostel v had ... anyway it costs us 22Fr per person without breakfast ...... sigh ... experience !

Overall , must bring along camera to Swiss .... next time will come for skiing ... coz it's not enough time to go for skiing .... most of the time v were rushing for train .... it took us more than half a day to reach a place .....and i still feel the need to learn extra language .... most of them or everyone speak german or french or italian ....... and even the signboard seldom have english .... and clothes for skiing are damn expensive .... the cheapest may b 700Fr .... almost everything is expensive in switzerland .... since switzerland is one of the richest countries in the world .... besides tat , the chocolates are tasty..... although swiss is famous of its swiss made watch , v cant afford to buy it too .. hehe .... end of the trip ... gonna prepare for next term class .....

First of all , we missed the flight to BASEL AIRPORT in Switzerland . oh god , this is believable .... 1st time in my life and i hope this is the last time .... part of tat i felt like it is kinda exciting ... haha .... kinda like THE AMAZING RACE .... somehow i was too addicted on tat reality show ...

3.20pm Southeastern Train from Canterbury West to Charing Cross London

5.20pm Underground Tube from Charing Cross station to Liverpool Street Station

6.20pm Stansted Express from Liverpool Street Station to Stansted Airport

Reached Stansted Airport at 7.15pm and our flight to Basel is 7.40pm .

Passengers should check in 1/2 hour before departure ... when v reached there , v cant even use the kiosk to check in and v quickly rushed to the counter to check in .... AGAIN this is RYANAIR flight ... damn it .... i know this is a budget airline , it doesn't mean tat the service can b like shit ...... their attitude really sucks ..... when v reahced the counter , there was quite a long queue .... but v managed to ask the lady (i think she is from China) to let us cut queue .... thank to her .... then v kept saying "excuse me , v left 20 mins to board the plane " ... the RYANAIR staff were like commanding us to wait and wait with impatient attitude bcoz they wanna change shift and go back ..... then i was like repeating the sentence again n again hoping for help from them to hold the flight for a while and the staff started scolding me .... something like "cant see v r doing our stuff , v will call u ...." i really cant tahan their attitude .... then , on of a passenger from the queue come over n helped us to ask the staff to do our check in ... the staff scolded the passenger too ... how embarrassing is RYANAIR showing such poor quality attitude staff on the desk .... pls la .... when the staff called , she started scolding saying tat she called us many times .... my god la... i was waiting there n i cant even listen to her chick voice lo.... she said she cant hold the flight and v gonna buy another ticket on thursday .... no matter how v beg her with polite manner , she wont even help us ... damn it .... other airline will do this in order to make sure every passenger can board the plane ... i can understand tat they dun wan the flight to b delayed .... honestly , they did delay when v backed from Geneva Airport Switzerland and Barcelona ..... sigh .... really have to complain this airline .... CHEAP airfare doesn't mean POOR service .... after tat v managed to get online n book for the EASY JET which cost us another 90 pounds to Geneva Airport at 6am on 7th of JAN ...

v again rushed to Luton Airport as fast as possible , worry that there is no public transport to reach Luton Airport ...

finally 6am v board the plane .... the flight took about 1.25 hours to reach Geneva Airport ...
although v appeared to miss the flight , v insisted to get to swiss .... hehe ....

As soon as v reached the airport , v bought a SWISS PASS (train and bus)which costs us 221Fr.

My 1st lunch in Switzerland ... It was in the Manor Shopping Centre in Geneva ... It costs me 15.80Fr with the delicious cake .... i thought this is expensive ... after tat i found tat this is the cheapest meal i had in Swiss ....

This is the lobby of the 4 stars Hotel Les Nation in Geneva ... very very small lobby but very nice furniture and decoration ... i have to say tat this is the nicest hotel v had .....about 63Fr per person

Overall , Spain is a very beautiful place to go .... i was really fascinated by the beautiful building structure ... " very special ...." " very beautiful.." " let's take photo together " .... these are the very common comments v heard in the whole trip ... haha ... funny comments .... the only things tat i wanna emphasize is tat PLEASE BE AWARE OF PICK POCKETS IN BARCELONA ... one of my frens , YZ got pick pocket by a Romania lady ... it happened in the railway station ... when my frens were waiting for the train to approach , a lady jumped out of no where n hold my fren's hand pretending like wanna tell her something after tat my fren realised tat her money was being stolen then she quickly grabbed hold the lady's hand and yelled .... tat moment all of my frens were in the train and her hand was stucked on the automatic door .... then every passenger in the train was looking at them n the train was forced to stop proceeding to the next station till the police arrived ... it was really dramatic ... u cant even imagine how skillful those professional pick-pocket they were .... my fren actually put her small sling bag in her long coat ... which u can hardly find out tat she have a bag with her .... and the Romanian lady passed the stack of money ( approximately 300 euro =RM1500) to her partner .... the important part was tat she can even manage to take out cash from my fren's wallet in her bag in such a great speed .... ONLY CASH .... NOT WALLET .... they are really well-trained pick-pocket ... at the end, they managed to send the Romanian lady to police station and my fren lost 300 euro ... luckily they din take the passport ... my frens described the whole situation to me .... ( tat time i wasn't there becoz they reached barcelona one day earlier)...i found tat it was really dramatic when my frens (about 8 of them) surrounded the Romanian lady to the corner of the station while waiting for the police to arrive .... so pls be extremely careful whenever u go , not jus when u go spain ...... this can happen wherever u are ...v even heard tat many of them got pickpocket in spain or even lost money in 5 stars HOTEL... after this incident , all of them carried their backpack in front and my fren dun even dare to put her valueble stuff with her ... jus throw everything to my fren .. haha ... and the other problem in spain is the communication problem .... many of them cant speak English .... u have to use body language or simply make a guess ... americans may understand .... they learn spanish during high school ... i jus realised the need to learn extra language .... sometimes u will find it inconvenient and uncomfortable when u cant understand everything around u ...besides tat , the service in Spain really make me disappointed ...firstly , the lady at the reception desk of the HOSTEL GOTHIC QUARTER..they have a huge quarrel with her and she was like sobbing .. haha...my frens even made some comment in the some blog ... this is the comment :-----

"The morning desk staff (old and curly hair women) is VERY VERY RUDE!!!! when we first reach there , she want us to pay extra. when we asked for the reason , she just said that she don't know everything and refuse to call the manager and ask. She kept yelling cash from us every morning and said that we can't stay at the night if we don't pay immediately. when we try to speak with her, she shout at us and order us to wait in the LIVING ROOM and keep repeating the phrases like " NO NO NO NO NO" and "please go to the living room" and " do you understand English ?" and " please speak slowly and correctly". I bet u will hear the same things if you go there!

Another thing worth mentioning is the lovely women working in the evening. She is very helpful and lovely . She suggested to us that we could put our luggage in our fren's room in our last day of travel (my fren stay for extra 1 day).

At the last day of our travel, the rude women said :"this is prohibited" . We wasted 2 hours to talk with the manager about this thing . That rude women just keep saying " NO NO NO NO NO" . We are very very regret to stay in this hostal and very disappointed about the service of the staff ."

Secondly , the lady at the check in counter in GIRONA AIRPORT .... she wan us to pay the the luggage which is quite small coz she said tat every passenger oni can bring one hand luggage to the plane , even a small hand bag will be counted in ... then she forced us to pay for extra 20euro for the luggage .. god it is damn small .... this really made my dad gone mad and he scolded the lady " u r crazy " ... haha .... this airline is RYANAIR .... trust me ... their service really disappointed u .... actually my impression for spain is tat POOR SERVICE but BEAUTIFUL BUILDING ... everywhere is full of artistic atmosphere ... the famous artist Pablo Picasso , Salvatore Dali , Gaundi successfully created a wonderful country but .........sigh .........

anyway, i hope to visit spain again ... u will b fascinated by the artistic buiding structures .... it's amazing to see something u cant see in ur home country .... it's a different cultural , different lifestyle .... and better do enough research when u wanna visit a place ... it will help u alot ....and remember to grab hold ur bag tightly and b prepared ....

yesterday v saw MSN weather forecast , it said tat today will have flurry . v doubted the forecast though . i dun have the initiative to wake up early too since i slept at 3am . this morning , i woke up n saw my clock showing 9 . then , with doubtful thought i walked to the window open the curtain ........... SNOW !! SNOW!! first time i see the snow shower from the sky . whereas last few times i only saw tat the snow r died on floor n quite thick . i quickly jumped down to the living room n told my fren , kathy . she was watching anime n without notice tat it's snowing now . she was excited n shouted her mom n vivian to wake up n have a look at the scenery . i went to my frens' room n wake them up . tat moment , everybody is damn excited . v have been told tat it may not b snow this year . coz last year there is no snow n the snow came late during spring in May . v felt so lucky . my frens changed clothes n wore scarf to take photo outside . but the snow shower for around 30 mins . although it mayb another snow , v still feel lucky tat the snow came early this year n v managed to enjoy the 1st view of snow in our 1st winter in uk . it's quite meaningful . i think it symbolizes good fortune . mayb global economy will have a positive progression .

my frens n i went to Ashford Outlet Stores on saturday to look for some winter clothing . most of the stuff are selling in outlet price instead of retail price .... so it's quite cheap comparing to other place ....the whole place is in a circle form ... v actually took a few hours to finish shopping one round ... and for the second round v will start buying things tat v need ...after sending up 4 assessments n finished a test , i felt much relieved .... this whole week was like endless assessments ... every nite rushing for assessment till friday .... even my fren said tat i got eye bags ... although i dun think i have put enough effort on it , i felt tired n sleepy all the time ....

Another 1st time in UK .... first movie tat i watched is Quantum Of Solace 007 in ODEON ... i think it is the oni cinema in town ... bside tat , my uni does have a movie theatre... v usually have lecture in there .. so i doesn't feel like going there for movie ... it will much like having lecture in tat theatre ...honestly i think i prefer GSC or TGV in malaysia ... it's comfortable n clean .... in addition , the screen is big enough as to fit in the theatre .... as in ODEON , the movie theatre is kinda big but the screen is damn small compare to the size of the theatre ...there's oni 2 screens in the cinema .. oh my god ... one thing i really dislike is the interior of the theatre... the wall n the ceiling make it looks kinda creepy .. i can feel like i m in THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA...there's ugly chandelier... mayb i m too sleepy n tired (having class from 9am to 5pm --> society meeting --> walking some distance from bus stop to home)... i cannot understand wat's going on in the movie .... or it's jus simply bored ... i even fell asleep for a while when i m trying to concentrate on the conversation by closing my eyes .... and i not really get used when the movie is without subtitles ... i like to read the subtitles no matter wat drama or movie i watch (including mandarin n cantonese).... hey OLGA KURYLENKO is damn hot in this 007 movie .... she is tall n her skin is tanned ...

first time celebrating Halloween ... kinda scary seeing everybody wearing costumes such as vampire , ghost , mummy , devil , cat woman , angel ,....... i found it quite interesting tat a guy imitate Jesus Christ .... i went to THE VENUE .... it was awesome ... although it was kinda early tat time , everyone dressed up in their best costumes .... when walking back on the street , i saw ppl in their scary costume n make up ... i have a sudden coldness tat i felt as if i was walking in a ghost town ... i m the oni one in the normal clothing .... when back at home , my frens are having party too ... but they dun wear costume ... they were having feast ... tat's great ... n drinking vodka n whisky too ... n then they were staying overnite at our house .... for the next year halloween , i will think of any costume i m going to wear ... by the way , there were children in costume knocked our door to TRICK-A-TREAT .... actually i m kinda scared coz their make up really frightened me .... v gotta prepare more candies to spare ....

Dover Trip on 11th Oct 2008
Another weekend again … I almost have the same routine everyday … wake up at 7.30am à eat breakfast à preparing for class à during class à back home à dinner à sometimes do homework à sleep … this is wat I do everyday … finally weekend comes … actually v hav no planning at all … our seniors bring us around … No internet access at home really cause a lot of inconvenience …I have to spend my 1 hour break wisely everytime … precious 1 hour break … v can stay in the computer room … It’s a 40 mins trip from Canterbury to Dover which is a port nearby Europe … actually v thought of going to paris but the time for the ferry is fixed … V visited the DOVER MUSEUM and DOVER CASTLE … the insight of the castle doesn’t seems like fascinating compare to its outside view … it’s only stone wall n steep staircase inside the castle … whereas the outdoor view is one of my favourite scenery since I came to UK … v finally saw the sea !! hehe … and v spent almost 35 mins walking to the WHITE CLIFF where v initially have no idea how to go there … this is a wonderful place … perhaps I was too exhausted walking n walking non stop for almost 3 hours , I kinda lack of interest … but still I was impressed by the scenery … hehe … and finally v have taste the KFC in UK … erm …… I preferred KFC in Malaysia … much tastier … there’s no smashed potatoes here … they have baked beans or the gravy of the smashed potatoes … now the input(KFC) = output (walking for more than 3 hours)… haiz …. On diet next time la… this is wat I think … haha …. V reached home around 9 something …. VERY EXHAUSTED !!!

Okay … actually v were very exhausted due to yesterday one day trip … today I got a message from tiffany asking about going to MARGATE for shopping in PRIMARK ( selling very cheap clothes) … wat a great temptation … hehe … v all decided to went there lo… hehe …. V spent about 45 mins in the bus … wat v r thinking about r the cheap clothes … luckily v have the unirider which v can go to any place in EAST KENT for free … great deal !!! v shopped till it closed … haha .. this is always wat v did ( coz al the shops closed s early s 5pm everyday ) then v ate SUBWAY sandwiches … I preferred SUBWAY in Malaysia … haha … although it’s quite tasty here … after tat v went to hav a walk at the beach …

My 20th Birthday

This is the first time tat I celebrate my birthday in oversea … it was a long long day especially it’s Sunday … v dun have any place to go besides the City Centre where v go there almost 5 days per week …. Although v always visit this place , I still get confused with the shops there …. N my uni too …. I really have no sense of direction …. Whenever I dunno which way to go , I will simply walk till I saw a place tat I wanna go ……. Haha …. Keep exploring n keep discovering …. Since I din go out today ,Vivian and I did the vacuum job n cleaned the toilet as well (Vivian did most of the hard chores.. good gal!!!)after tat, I stayed inside my room almost the whole day watching movie (‘Old School’- very funny movie about sex) & Animation(‘Lovely Complex’-about a tall gal fall in love with a short guy).. my frens felt very strange tat I did not appear in the living room …. Haha…. I thought my birthday will b s usual s the weekend life ….. my new fren Sabrina (with Vivian and CY) made a chocolate birthday cake … it’s yummy .. n I ate 2 pieces …It has been a long long time I ever eat a cake .. everytime I go to the Rutherford College to take lunch , I saw cakes ……. I dunno wat type of cake but it looked very delicious …… hohoho finally I can eat a cake today …. Felt so satisfied ….. I wonder how they made it ……hehe…and v had our dessert too … Sabrina cooked it …. It’s potato with ginger “tong sui”… and v ate curry chicken too ……a taste of Malaysian food ……..i feel so contented … haha …. Although v r far from our home country , I felt contented tat v still can taste some of the Malaysian food sometimes …..the most surprised event is tat they put the candle deep down the cake n asked me to use my mouth to pick it up…. Actually I was thinking tat they wont do anything to me coz the cake is very precious n al of us r looking forward to eat it …. Eventually they did pushed my head n my whole face cover with the sugar n chocolate powder ( which they placed on top of the cake) ….. I have to admit tat I’m too careless .. hehe ….(mayb I keep thinking to eat tat cake) … hehe …. I WANNA THANKS TO MY FRENS , VIVIAN (making the cake and wedges ), KATHY (pc karaoke) , PHEI SZEE (curry) , YEAN ZHENQ (did the cooking) , SABRINA (cake, dessert & chrysanthemum tea) & Cheng Yuen (mysterious gift) FOR CREATING SUCH A MEMORABLE 1ST OVERSEA BIRTHDAY !!! It’s a tired day ….it’s 12am something now .. gonna sleep …. Tomorrow will b the start of my second week uni life ……….

It’s about 2 weeks since I came to UK . I started to adapt to the life in UK but not the University life . I din actually join any of the club or society coz I can’t get transport to travel to uni at night . Most of the activities are hold at night . And I can’t actually get into the subjects tat I have here . Most of the reason is tat I din take further maths and eco during A- level . There’s a lot of students from China in my class . And the students in uk are very active . They like to ask question in the lecture . And they also seems like did a lot of revision everyday . everyone seems to b very hardworking . I’m still in the mood of holidaying now . Have to wake up la !!! I feel very tired n sleepy every night n I sleep early everyday too… My life really change a lot … and I have to force myself to wake up everyday . and the timetable is so packed . sometimes I dun even know I have class . For instance , the Algebra lecturer cancelled the class on Tuesday 4pm but he sent a mail at 2pm to inform us there’s class at 4pm . oh my god !!! Who else will check the mail at 2 pm ?! It’s really a disaster tat my house still dun have internet access . I feel like I have been left out from the real world . I dun even know a bout anything from my home country and also my family , frens and relatives . It’s very hard to contact them . Luckily I bought a skype phone tat can talk to them when they online . Some how I cant use it coz usually I will b having class when everybody is online . wat I can do is to access to the internet whenever I have an hour break . I really miss the food in Malaysia . prawn mee , pan mee , laksa, curry chicken , nasi lemak , ………………etc ……one thing tat I really like to live in Malaysia is the food . hahahaha… I can even get to taste food from different countries too such as Korean (bbq chicken is yummy!!!!!!!), Japanese , Italian ………. Most importantly it is cheap too ……. The food in uk is very expensive …. Although the raw food “sounds” cheap (around 1.50pound for small pack of vegetables) , it’s quite expensive in Malaysia lo……. I try not to compare the price ….. but it’s impossible currently at this stage . I have a sudden feel like I will prefer to stay in Malaysia to study for anything ….. haha…. Coz everything is convenient in malaysia …… It’s easy to get a meal or anything to eat …… I cant find any place to have supper here ……. I mean some place like mamak stall la n I miss the time tat v yum cha together at night…..some more I eat bread everyday too ….. N the most common food I can find here is sandwiches …. No doubt the sandwiches here r quite delicious ……. But currently I found tat there’s small variety of food ….. Perhaps v will have some fun over here too ..fun due to our mistakes…… pouring too much salt in vege , wash my clothes in washing machines without soap ,…… life without parents assisting will b a disaster ….. but this is the time for us to learn to b independent …..

Today we went to a place called ASDA in town . It’s a hypermarket like Carefour . After doing our shopping , we went to the bus stop n waited for the bus . after about 30 mins , there’s no bus came and most of the ppl waiting disappeared . We decided to take a cab back to our house but most of the cabs r occupied . So , my fren asked a person waiting and she told us the way to the nearest bus stop tat v can get to our bus . Then v started walking with our shopping bags in hands . walked and walked and walked . after an hour, I supposed tat the distance is from my house to Cheras , v finally reached City Centre Bus Station . We r very exhausted somehow v r glad tat the weather is cold here so tat it’s quite comfortable walking to City Centre . V met a fren in the bus stop n she was came from ASDA too ……… most important is she jus got down from the bus and she told us she jus get to the bus 15 mins ago ……….. SWT ….. speechless v got up to the 22 BUS and headed back home . Life experience …………. Haha … and I can keep fit too…. But it’s useless to me , coz input more than output … haha ……

We had a dinner for international students in Uni at 7pm . This is a very dramatic night we had . Firstly , my frens and I came back late from the City Centre in Canterbury . When v reached home , it’s already 7.15pm and v changed our clothes in a highest speed . After tat , we walked al the way to the bus stop near our house but most of the bus will come at 7.45pm . So v decided to walked till v reached the St. Dunscan bus stop which v can go by Uni bus . As v were crossing a roundabout , a car came out of no where n nearly knock my fren . the other fren and I were shocked at the moment and we quickly ran across it . The driver of the car stopped his car aside n ran towards my fren n asked her whether she is fine . He is a responsible person and I never see such person in my home country . PPl in my home country will run as far as they could if they did anything wrong . haha . I think this is quite common here . we should learn from him . Then I quickly asked him whether he could take us a ride to our Uni bcoz it’s very cold at night n 3 of us were wearing high heels n dress . Luckily he is willing to fetch us . although he dunno the way to our Uni n took the wrong turn , he seems so polite to all of us . we were very lucky to meet such great person. Finally , we reached the Uni at 8pm and v managed to enjoy our dinner . we had a ‘great’ life experience in UK . Haha . And 3 of us decided not to go out at night again since the transportation is inconvenient here . haha. God Bless tat v r safe .
